NGV in Greece
Edition 1 | December 2018
New Gestalt Voices in Greece (NGViG) is a national initiative that has emerged from New Gestalt Voices, and as such it is in line with the organisation’s mission. We are a small team of trainees and recent graduates of gestalt therapy – Deirdre Foley, Irini Koutela, and Evangelia Kyriako (see our bios here). We have set up NGViG to encourage, support and coordinate the expression of ideas in the Greek gestalt community.
Our aim is to publish original articles in Greek, together with an English translation. The presence of the English version of the articles is crucial for the international community to have access to the innovative ideas emerging in Greece.
This is an opportunity for trainees and recent graduates to express their ideas and develop their creativity using the principles, philosophy and application of gestalt therapy theory. Our team will be available throughout the process, including the editing of the Greek text and its English version. We hope this will strengthen the link between recent gestalt graduates and trainees, both at national and international level.
We’re hoping the first edition of the journal will be ready for publication in December 2018. It will be available to read and download in PDF format from this page. The deadline for submission of applications for the first edition is 31 July. For more information, please email the NGViG team: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you’d like to be notified when NGViG is published, and receive news and updates from us in the meantime, please subscribe to the mailing list using the newsletter sign-up form.
